Preparations for Egypt/India trip...

On Jan. 4 Greg & I will embark on a 30th Wedding Anniversary, Work Sabbatical, Greg's-50th Birthday, Empty Nest-after 4 kids trip! Off to Egypt & India...I always told my students, "someday I'm going to touch the pyramids of Egypt, see the Taj Mahal, and stick my big toe in the Ganges."


How does one pack for an entire trip abroad for 27 days that involves hiking, riding elephants & camels, deserts, river cruises, two continents, and 6 different airports?!  One word...tennis shoes, or is that two words?! Being a mom & former Girl Scout means I must be prepared...what if my tennis shoes get wet?! Off to finish packing...let the travel adventures begin...six days & counting...
Schedule-Houston Dec.31-New Years @ Absolve Wine Lounge
Jan. 1-3-Houston Apartment
Jan. 4-Leave Houston to Frankfort, then to Cairo!
